What We Believe

WE BELIEVE:
The Holy Bible is the inspired and infallible written Word of God. God Reveals Himself as the creator of all things, visible and invisible (Gen 1:31). He manifested Himself as Father in creation, the Son in redemption, and the Holy Spirit in the church.

THE SON OF GOD:
Jesus Christ is the Son of God through whom everyone can receive Salvation in accepting his finished work on Calvary. He compass the totally of God yet still able to be touch everyone through his Love and compassion.

MAN:
Man was created in the image and likeness of God. Man is therefore, the visual counterpart of God. Because of the fall of man through Adam, God had to bring us back to himself through the death of His son Jesus Christ.(St. John 1:14; St. Luke 2:40,52)

SALVATION:
Salvation is only through the name of Jesus Christ, the Bible states “Neither is salvation in any other: for there is no other name under heaven given among man, whereby we must be saved.” (Acts 4:12). Salvation is a gift that we do not deserve, and cannot repay.

BAPTISIM:
We believe that following the confession of your sins and your faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, the new believer is required to show their outward expression of a inward transformation which is through water baptism in the Name of The Lord Jesus Christ. (see Acts 2:38; Acts 19:5; Galatians 3:27; Colossians 2:11)

THE HOLY SPIRIT:
The Spirit was the moving force in creation, “And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters” (Gen 1:2). The Holy Spirit is the moving force in the church. Jesus said “But you will receive power when the Holy Ghost is come upon you.” (Acts 1:8).

THE CHURCH:
The Greek word for church is “ecclesia” which means an assembly of called-out believers; those who are called out from the world.
